When might an assessment be needed?

A learning assessment is helpful if you have noticed your child has found it harder to pick up literacy or numeracy skills, and you have wondered if they might have a Specific Learning difficulty such as Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, or Dysgraphia.

What is involved in an assessment?

This involves two assessments sessions. The first is to complete a cognitive assessment using the WISC-V, and the second sessions is an academic assessment using the WIAT-III.

A follow-up meeting with be held with parents to discuss the assessment outcomes.

How much does it cost?

A learning assessment is $1600 incl GST.
